Peru's Taste is a family-owned Peruvian restaurant in Northridge, CA — the only sit-down criollo kitchen in the 91325. Open since 2006, we set out to bring authentic Lima-style home cooking to the San Fernando Valley: a place where you can unwind and enjoy fresh, hearty, made-from-scratch meals.
Cooked fresh, every day
Nothing sits. Stocks are simmered from scratch, ceviche is cured to order, and the wok runs hot from open to close. Guests come from Northridge, Porter Ranch, Chatsworth and Granada Hills for that reason — you can taste the difference. The menu is wide because Peru's table is wide: coast, mountains and criollo home cooking, all in one kitchen.

A quick weekday lunch, a long family Sunday, a weekend Peruvian breakfast, a craving for home — Peru's Taste was built to meet all of them. That is the whole idea behind the name. Restaurante familiar peruano en Northridge desde 2006.
