Refund Policy

Our promise
If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. We'd rather remake your food or refund you than leave a customer unhappy.
If your food is wrong
Wrong item, missing item, or quality issue — call (818) 708-7061 or email hello@perustasterestaurant.com the same day. We'll offer a remake, a credit toward your next order, or a refund to the original payment method.
If you need to cancel
Pickup orders: you can cancel for a full refund anytime before we've started cooking. Call us as soon as possible.
Delivery orders: once a courier has been dispatched, the delivery fee is no longer refundable, but we can still cancel the food itself if cooking hasn't started.
Orders that are already prepared can't be canceled — the food is yours either way.
If delivery goes wrong
Late delivery: if your order arrives more than an hour past the DoorDash ETA, contact us and we'll work with DoorDash on a partial or full refund of the delivery fee.
Driver couldn't deliver: if a driver attempted delivery but couldn't reach you (bad address, no answer), we'll hold the order at the restaurant for pickup at no extra charge.
How refunds reach you
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If something feels off, please call us first — we can almost always solve it faster than a chargeback. Disputes filed without contacting us may delay future orders while we work through them with our processor.
